By using Catan Leaders, you agree to these terms. They're short and written in plain English. If something here doesn't work for you, don't use the app.
Don't use Catan Leaders to:
If you do any of the above, we may suspend or remove your account.
You own the data you put into Catan Leaders — your display name, avatar, game records, room names. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process that content as needed to operate the app (e.g., showing your name to other members of your room, computing your rating). That license ends when you delete your account.
Catan Leaders is currently free. If we introduce paid features in the future, all billing will go through Apple's in-app purchase system, governed by Apple's terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel via iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refund requests go through Apple, not us.
Catan Leaders is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it running, but we don't guarantee uptime, perfect rating accuracy, or freedom from bugs. If a game gets logged wrong, ask the room owner — they can edit or delete it.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for anything related to Catan Leaders is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months — which, since the app is free, will usually be $0. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost game history, ratings, or hurt feelings about who actually won.
We may change, add, or remove features at any time. If we ever shut the service down entirely, we'll give 30 days' notice and provide a way to export your data.
If we update these terms, we'll bump the "last updated" date and announce material changes in-app on next launch. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new terms.
